Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Mahboob Meat House, we focus on delivering fresh raw meat with the highest hygiene and quality standards. Since our products are perishable, we follow a strict cancellation and refund policy to ensure fairness and safety for all customers.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 10–15 minutes of placing the order, only if the order has not been processed or dispatched.

  • Once the meat has been cut, packed, or dispatched for delivery, cancellations are not allowed.

  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

a. Wrong or Incomplete Order

If the delivered order is incorrect or incomplete, customers must inform us within 30 minutes of delivery. After verification, we will:

  • Provide a replacement, or

  • Offer a refund (as per the situation)

b. Quality Issue

If the product received is not fresh, spoiled, or damaged:

  • Customers must report the issue immediately, along with photos/video proof.

  • After review, a full or partial refund or replacement will be provided.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Customer changes their mind after the meat has been cut/packed

  • Delay due to customer not answering calls or not being available at delivery location

  • Products returned without valid reason or without proof

  • Any complaint made hours after delivery without proper evidence

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Accepted refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • Refunds will be transferred to the customer’s original payment method or UPI, depending on the mode of transaction
