At Mahboob Meat House, we focus on delivering fresh raw meat with the highest hygiene and quality standards. Since our products are perishable, we follow a strict cancellation and refund policy to ensure fairness and safety for all customers.
1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 10–15 minutes of placing the order, only if the order has not been processed or dispatched.

Once the meat has been cut, packed, or dispatched for delivery, cancellations are not allowed.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
a. Wrong or Incomplete Order
If the delivered order is incorrect or incomplete, customers must inform us within 30 minutes of delivery. After verification, we will:

Provide a replacement, or

Offer a refund (as per the situation)
b. Quality Issue
If the product received is not fresh, spoiled, or damaged:

Customers must report the issue immediately, along with photos/video proof.

After review, a full or partial refund or replacement will be provided.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

Customer changes their mind after the meat has been cut/packed

Delay due to customer not answering calls or not being available at delivery location

Products returned without valid reason or without proof

Any complaint made hours after delivery without proper evidence
4. Refund Processing Time

Accepted refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days

Refunds will be transferred to the customer’s original payment method or UPI, depending on the mode of transaction
